At Harley House Supported Living, we focus on creating a homely environment for the people we support that enables them to have freedom, choice, information, and equality. We accomplish this in our person-centred approach, we listen to every individual about how they would like to spend their time, giving them the choice about what they would like to do with their lives, and treated as a person first.
Person centred planning helps to guide us on how Harley House Supported Living can support each person to live as independently as possible. From this, we have created person-centred plans that are dedicated to what the individual chooses to do, what timescale they require or goals/aspirations for their future and how we can set out to achieve it. Even if an individual has communication difficulties, we use a variety of different communication tools, so they can still be involved in developing their personal plan. Our aim is, we want every person we support in our services to live a happy and exciting life with positive outcomes.
Our vision is that all individuals using our services, receive highly trained and quality support services, see their accommodation as their own home and have further opportunities for work placements or educational settings in the local area.
All individuals are supported to maintain family or friend networks, equal access to health or social care services, build community opportunities and establish connections in their local area.
We aim to achieve this by giving all individual in our supported living services the basic framework and guidance to lead extremely successful independent lives in the local community.
Your feedback helps us continuously refine our services and exceed expectations.
